Indiana Learns is returning for the 2025-2026 program year!
Effective on Monday, September 15, prospective Learning Partners can submit an application to be an approved partner. All previously approved Learning Partners must re-apply to serve students during this program year. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection as a Learning Partner.
For Prospective Learning Partners
Indiana Learns, a statewide grant program providing high-dosage math and reading tutoring to students, is opening its Learning Partner application for the 2025-2026 program year. All previously approved learning partners must re-apply to serve students during this program year.
For the upcoming year, School Learning Partner eligibility is currently limited to school corporations with schools designated as Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI), Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI), or Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI). School corporations with no schools under these designations may be approved to offer services contingent on additional funds becoming available. More information about SIG requirements can be found here. Organizational Learning Partners must also complete a new learning partner application for the 2025-26 program year.
The Mind Trust does not employ individuals with any Indiana Learns learning partners, and its funding support does not create an employment relationship between the Mind Trust and any learning partner’s employees, contractors, interns, or volunteers. The Mind Trust also does not contract with vendors at any learning partner; any agreements are between vendors and the individual learning partners.
Check back for more information on Monday, September 15, 2025!
